Last night before going to bed I was feeling lost and abandoned. I was confused about what we are doing, where we are going. What is the point of this connection that makes me yearn for the feeling of home but it's never satisfied?
So as I lay down in my bed, I asked my higher self and my guides, that are working for my highest good, to give me some guidance. I sat up and tried to meditate to be receptive but instead I drifted into a sleep state.
This morning, as I was in that place between sleep and waking, I heard a voice talking to me. It said that we are developing our 'sadhsana'. When I fully awoke I realised this sentence was important although I had never heard the word 'sadhsana' before. What did it mean?
I went to the internet and found a word that I thought must be it. But it wasn't 'sadhsana'. Instead it was 'sadhana' without the 's'.
The first definition I read that made sense to me was this, "it refers to any spiritual exercise that is aimed at progressing the sadhaka towards the very ultimate expression of his or her life in this reality."
